We strive to process your order within 24 hours. However, orders placed during weekends or holidays may require a bit more time. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of the items in your order and the shipping service level you choose. Please note that the day your package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse does not count as the first business day. Start counting from the first full day the package is "in transit" to you.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
For North American orders, we offer a flat rate of $4.95 when FedEx SmartPost is selected. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost: Ground (2-5 days) for $8.95, 3-Day Shipping for $19.95, and 2-Day Shipping for $29.95.
We also provide Free Shipping on all North American orders over $200.
International orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $14.95. Please be aware that this shipping cost does not include duties and taxes, as these vary depending on the destination country.
